Paper cutting is an art form practiced around the world, almost as old as the invention of paper itself.  We start with a cultural sampling of celebrations throughout Asia, and then make a paper cut of the current zodiac calendar animal, or another.  Using paper, scissors, and glue, practice using positive and negative space, and the almost-lost arts of cutting and gluing, which are foundational and critical small motor skills.
